For schools & trusts
Our founder has spent years introducing new technology into schools: choosing what's worth it, building the systems around it and supporting staff until it becomes second nature, including those sure they “weren't techy”. We know what works in a real school week, and what doesn't.
Hands-on training that leaves teachers and support staff confident, not overwhelmed.
Clear, workable guidance so everyone knows what's allowed and what isn't.
Help pupils understand the technology they're growing up with.
A friendly expert on hand as tools, and staff confidence, develop.
For small businesses
You don't need to become a tech expert. You need a few good AI habits that give you hours back each week, set up properly and explained clearly.
We look at a normal week together and find where AI can genuinely help.
A hands-on session where we set things up and practise together.
Someone to ask when a new tool appears or something isn't working.
How it works
A relaxed call about where you are and what you'd like to change. No jargon, no pressure.
What we suggest, how long it takes and a clear price. Nothing is booked until you're happy.
We run the training or project, then check in afterwards to make sure it's stuck.
Who's behind Everyday AI
New technology only works when people feel confident using it.
Everyday AI was founded by an educator with a degree in Software Development and more than 18 years in schools, teaching ICT, Maths and Computer Science and leading as Head of ICT, Director of ICT and Assistant Headteacher.
The thread running through it all has been bringing new technology into schools and making it stick. That has meant spotting ideas worth trying, designing and rolling out systems such as an online platform for tracking teaching and pupil progress, writing a computing curriculum used across four primary schools, and working alongside staff through team teaching and modelling until they felt genuinely confident.
Everyday AI brings exactly that approach to AI: find what's genuinely useful, set it up properly, and support people until it becomes second nature. We're based in Essex, working in person locally and online anywhere in the UK.
